第一,由于不銹鋼沖壓件硬度高,不容易拉伸。在沖壓是如果模具設計不合理,變形度過大,容易出現裂口;

to appear.
第二,不銹鋼沖壓件屈服點高,所需沖切力大,對模具設計和模具材料的要求較高。模具不合理或模具的材料較差那在生產中容易爆模,造成生產停滯;

第五,不銹鋼沖壓件模具設計時要計算好材料回彈系數,不然會導致不銹鋼沖壓件很難達到預期的結構。
